The Huskisson Woollamia Community Voice will hold its AGM on 12 October 2020, at the Huskisson Community Centre, 7 pm start for the General Meeting, and AGM will start at 8 pm. Wine and cheese to follow.
Members are invited to consider whether they’d like to join the committee. The committee role, as per Council guidelines, is:
- To communicate decisions adopted at the CCB meeting in accordance with the direction given at the meeting
- To determine the items to be included in the agenda for the subsequent CCB meeting
- To represent the functions of the CCB and resolve urgent items that may require a response before the next CCB
As an incorporated association we have formal roles of Public Officer, Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Committee members also oversee the noticeboard, website, facebook page, and drive or support community responses to council draft plans, or development applications.
