Next meeting 17th June with speaker from Repower

Our next meeting will be Monday 17th June (we meet bi-monthly and try to avoid public holidays etc).

Two representatives from Repower Shoalhaven will give a presentation on ‘Electrifying Everything’ at this next meeteing. Repower is a local community-based organisation that has been promoting the increased generation and use of renewable energy as a feasible response to the climate crisis for more than a decade. Come along to get their advice.

Updates from last meeting

  • The HWCV recently attended a joint CCB and Council meeting in Ulladulla.  We were given updates on the financial situation, road works, Coastal Management Plan and the Pedestrian and Mobility Plan.  More information with a link to the presentations will be sent next email.

SCC and State Planning documents for comment

  • Shoalhaven City Council is reviewing its Community Infrastructure Strategic Plan2017 – 2036 (CISP). Once adopted, the revised CISP will guide Council’s decisions on open space and community facilities across the Shoalhaven.
