Repower is a local community-based organisation that has been promoting the increased generation and use of renewable energy as a feasible response to the climate crisis for more than a decade. - The slides from the Council staff presentations at the recent joint CCB and Council meeting in Ulladulla can be found at the link below. It includes a presentation on financial sustainability, corporate performance, road repair, the coastal management program, and the active transport strategy:
presentations - HWCV has received a letter from the Council solicitors regarding an onsite conciliation for the proposed development at 56-60 Hawke St – letter attached. HWCV may seek to give a presentation at the conciliation.
- Information regarding the recent rain event and its impacts. Note flood damaged goods can be taken to the tips free of charge until 25 June 2024.
SCC and State Planning documents for comment
- Draft strategic growth principles – open for comment until 12 July. Response to this document is via a survey, but please have the full draft set of principles open to help you respond. You will be able to enter comments in the second part of the survey. Where and how do you think the housing supply should increase?
Have your say now!! - Draft Affordable Housing Strategy – this is quite a long document and there doesn’t seem to be a survey format to give feedback – so you can make your feedback as long or short as you would like. Comments due 12 July.
