Our next meeting will be Monday 21st October, this will include our AGM. 

Conciliation hearing at corner of Hawke St and Nowra St, DA23/1784

There will be a conciliation hearing between the developer, Council and residents this Friday the 23rd August (tomorrow), starting promptly at 10.30.  Neighbours will be presenting their concerns.  If you would like to attend in support of the residents go to the site by 10.15.  Note you won’t be able to speak, but your presence will be supportive to those who have been invited to speak by the Land and Environment Court.

TfNSW highway upgrade:

TfNSW will be at Tomerong Hall from 2pm to 6pm, Friday 23rd August (tomorrow) to provide information on the next stage of the Princes Highway upgrade from Jervis Bay intersection to Hawken Road.

Tour of Huskisson / Vincentia sewerage facility

Calling for expressions of interest to join a tour of the Huskisson / Vincentia sewerage facility.
The Shoal Water Division of the Shoalhaven Council has recently conducted a “Nowra Sewerage Treatment Plant – Open Day Information”.
It provided a conducted tour and understanding of the treatment works and associated processes/strategies within or nearby to the treatment works.  The Director of Shoal Water offered to tailor a similar tour of the Huskisson Sewerage Treatment Plant which is at the end of Berry St Vincentia.
