  • On Site Conference at 737 Woollamia Rd, Woollamia.Development Application No. DA2024/1589for the construction of multi dwelling housing. The Applicant for this proposed development has commenced proceedings in the Land and Environment Court in relation to Council’s deemed refusal of the DA.Proceedings have been set down for a Section 34 Conciliation Conference commencing On Site at 10:30am on Friday 29 August 2025.If you have an interest in the future of this site or similar proposals your attendance and support on the day would be welcome. More Information
