Actions from Last Meeting
- Liquor & Gaming NSW Advice for Excessive Hotel Noise Levels
- After recent intervention from Liquor & Gaming NSW it is hoped future noise from the Hotel will be better managed within guidelines, both for hours of operation and permitted sound levels. If not we encourage anyone experiencing unnecessary intrusion or the loss of quiet enjoyment in their homes to please bring it to the attention of L & G NSW so they can continue to enforce the Hotel’s compliance.
See L&GNSW Guidelines
The three main things to keep up if needed are:- Phone the Police to make the complaint to send out a vehicle at the time of the disturbance – your complaint will be recorded,
- Lodge an online complaint on the L & G NSW website – a must (it takes just 5 mins), and
- Lodge a Statutory Disturbance complaint on the L & G NSW website pressing for order of occupancy (this is where they can place conditions on the hotel and take into account order of occupancy – i.e. who was there before the Pavilion Venue. This is next step from where we are now, with a Statutory Complaint to be lodged and signed by 5 different households)
