Update from last meeting
- Land & Environment Court in Huskisson
- We have two very important dates in February with the Land & Environment Court holding separate on site hearings for two contentious development applications that potentially may change the future face of Huskisson.
All community members are invited to show support for more sensible and balanced development than is being proposed – your support as an audience would be welcome (no opportunity to speak)- 1 Bowen St, Huskisson on 7th FebruaryAn invitation to community members who would like to be part of the audience at the Land and Environment court conciliation for DA24/1282 – 1 Bowen St / 38-40 Sydney St, Huskisson on 7th February. The proceedings will start at 10.30am, on site, so best to arrive a bit earlier. Again, you won’t be able to speak, but your presence will be a support for those who are speaking.
- 56-60 Hawke St, Huskisson on 17th FebruaryThe on site conciliation that was held on 23rd August 2024 has not achieved an outcome and the matter will now be determined starting with an on site court hearing at 10:30am on 17th February, moving then to Sydney on the 18th February and finalising no later than 20th February. Again your presence would be a great support. Our invitation and response are included.
