How to reduce energy bills workshop
Council is hosting two free community workshops in Nowra and Ulladulla next week to help residents reduce their energy bills and find out more about electric options.
Local guest presenters from Repower Shoalhaven will share advice on some of the simple switches that can be made in the household to save money, make your home more efficient, and take advantage of renewable energy. The workshops will cover everything from electric heating and cooling systems to electric bikes, cars, and home solar – covering the options available and how these compare with alternatives.
For residents who are interested in making the switch, case studies indicate that households could save up to $3,000 per year, with a range of funding opportunities available today to help you get started.
