The Huskisson Woollamia Community Voice is a community consultative body (CCB) to Shoalhaven City Council, on the south coast of NSW, Australia.

We hope that you have had a wonderful festive season, and most importantly have been safe.
The Voice is beginning to 'shake off' the festive season, and become less focused on the fires to get ready for all sorts of activities and interests in 2020.
Bush fire information
Your best source of information regarding the bush fires in NSW and the Shoalhaven is at the Rural Fire Service website or app.
The RFS website gives information on how to prepare for a bushfire. It also point you to information on making / building a fire ready home (but note, they warn that no home can withstand catastrophic fire conditions).
Your local brigade is the Huskisson Fire Brigade located on Owen St. For information on their activity see their facebook.
