Here is a quick update regarding matters that have arisen since our 6 March email.
Note: the April 6th Voice general meeting has been cancelled.

SCC Planning documents for comment
Council will be updating the Moona Moona Creek Reserve playground. The community can contribute to this via a survey which will be open until 17 April 2020 and can be accessed via the link below.

The results of this survey will then be incorporated into the specification of a Request for Quotation that will be released to playground companies.

Events/ Other
Huskisson Woollamia Community Voice Inc has been granted $25,000 (from Community Building Partnerships) to assist with the extension of toilet amenities at White Sands Park to include Dignified Toileting for All. Congratulations to Annette Pham for all her hard work in putting this application together for us. Shoalhaven City Council’s Community Halls/Centres are now unavailable for use. Due to the Coronavirus community members can no longer attend Council meetings. Council encourages you to view the live streamed meetings on the website at https://www.shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au/My-Council/News/ID/3561/Council-Meetings-Online.
When making a deputation please specify the item name and number that you wish to speak on and either record a video or yourself using a phone or laptop, or create a powerpoint presentation or provide a written submission and send it to allgovernance@shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au.
Bushfire recovery – The council now sends out a regular update on what is happening with respect to bushfire recovery. This information can be found at:

The Shoalhaven Council will be one of the hosts of L’Étape Australia by Tour de France, to be held on Saturday, 28 November 2020 (maybe!).
